Note: timeslots are not available in the 'basic' package.

Timeslots can be used to set up a consistent posting schedule for your account(s). In a timeslot, you can select the days you want to post on and the time the post should be scheduled for.

Creating a timeslot

In this example, we'll create a timeslot that will post at 6 PM UTC on all weekdays.

  1. Navigate to the 'Timeslots' page.
  2. Fill in the form on the right side of the page
    1. Type '6 PM' in the 'Name' field.
    2. Type '18' in the 'Hour' field.
    3. Type '00' in the 'Minute' field.
    4. Select all weekdays
    5. Click on 'Create
  3. Select the accounts you want to use this timeslot for.

Scheduling a post into the timeslot

The next step is to actually use this timeslot. This can be done when scheduling a new post.

  1. Navigate to the 'Calendar' page'.
  2. Click on 'Schedule now post'.
  3. Make sure you select the same account that you added in the timeslot form.
  4. Click on 'Date & Time'
  5. Select the 'Use timeslot' toggle
  6. Click on 'Create'
  7. Click on 'Schedule'

Once finished, you'll see that this post has been scheduled in the next available weekday, at 18:00.
