Note: timeslots are not available in the 'basic' package.
Timeslots can be used to set up a consistent posting schedule for your account(s). In a timeslot, you can select the days you want to post on and the time the post should be scheduled for.
Creating a timeslot
In this example, we'll create a timeslot that will post at 6 PM UTC on all weekdays.
- Navigate to the 'Timeslots' page.
- Fill in the form on the right side of the page
- Type '6 PM' in the 'Name' field.
- Type '18' in the 'Hour' field.
- Type '00' in the 'Minute' field.
- Select all weekdays
- Click on 'Create
- Select the accounts you want to use this timeslot for.
Scheduling a post into the timeslot
The next step is to actually use this timeslot. This can be done when scheduling a new post.
- Navigate to the 'Calendar' page'.
- Click on 'Schedule now post'.
- Make sure you select the same account that you added in the timeslot form.
- Click on 'Date & Time'
- Select the 'Use timeslot' toggle
- Click on 'Create'
- Click on 'Schedule'
Once finished, you'll see that this post has been scheduled in the next available weekday, at 18:00.
