This article will show you how to schedule your first post to social media with Peacekeeper, in a few simple steps. If you do not yet have an account, you can sign up for peacekeeper here.

1. Adding an account to Peacekeeper

To get started, you'll need to add your social media account to Peacekeeper. This can be done on the 'Manage accounts' page. For additional help, refer to the articles in the 'Accounts' collection in the help center.

2. Opening the post dialog

You can schedule new posts in Peacekeeper from the calendar view. Either by clicking on 'Schedule new post', or clicking on any cell in the calendar. If you click on a calendar cell, the correct date will automatically be set.

3. Scheduling the post

Now you've arrived in the post dialog. This is where you can set/update all information about a scheduled post. In the dialog, you'll see a few tabs.

Information

In this tab, you can select the accounts and/or categories to which the post should be posted. You can also set the caption and inspect any success/error logs.

Media

In this tab, you can upload/select the pictures you want to post if any. For more information, refer to the 'Media' collection in the help center.

Date & Time

In this tab, you can set the date & time when the post should be posted. You can also specify whether or not it is a repeating post and if it should use a timeslot. See here for more help regarding repeating posts & here for more help regarding timeslots.

Comments

In this tab, you can add comments. The comments will be posted by the selected accounts right after posting, in the order, you've specified. This is useful to add hashtags to an Instagram post, for example.

After you've filled in all information, click on the 'Create' button and click on 'Schedule'.
